  • By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that Nessportivo Exotics, or any of its affiliates, is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the use of host rental vehicles. You also agree to indemnify and hold Nessportivo Exotics harmless from any claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of host rental vehicles.

  • To rent a vehicle through Nessportivo Exotics, renters must be at least 24 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Renters must have existing full coverage insurance (comprehensive, collision, and liability) on a vehicle in their name. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  • Nessportivo Exotics cannot be held liable for the negligence of its hosts or renters. In no event shall any individual misrepresent, conceal, or obscure Nessportivo Exotics’ role as an intermediary in any transaction involving a host. The use of host vehicles listed via this website is at the driver’s own risk. Nessportivo Exotics is a marketing service connecting prospective renters with luxury rental vehicles in their area.

Distance Included

Each rental includes 125 miles per day.

Mileage Overage Charge: $3.99 per additional mile.

Delivery and Pickup

  • $199 each way within a 50-mile radius.

  • $299 each way within a 100-mile radius.

For distances beyond 100 miles, please contact us for a custom quote.

Platform Fee

A platform fee of up to 35% applies in addition to the daily rental amount. This fee is calculated based on the vehicle selected and will be provided at the time of booking.

Reservation Details

Once your reservation is submitted, Nessportivo Exotics will notify you when it is accepted, and a 10% holding deposit will be authorized on your credit card to secure the rental.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit may be required for the rental, ranging from $500 to $1000, depending on the vehicle. This deposit is typically a preauthorization on a major credit card and will only be charged in the event of incidentals (e.g., curbed wheels or minor damages). THIS INCLUDES OFF ROAD USE AND RECKLESS DRIVING!
